Today, we visited some of the waterfalls in south-central Idaho near Twin Falls ID, including Shoshone Falls which has been described as the "Niagara of the West" and one of the main reasons were came into Idaho. Well "Niagara of the West" may be descriptive when there is actually water running through the river, but we were disappointed when we arrived to see that it was running very low. Alas. Perrine Coulee Falls though was nice with the bonus of being able to walk behind it. We then came back into town for lunch, then took it easy the rest of the day.
