Two tornadoes near Fritch TX on June 27, 1992
6/27/1992: Both Fritch tornadoes taken from 7 miles east of Fritch TX facing west. The cone tornado in the center of the photos is the F1 tornado striking the southwest edge of Fritch TX. Less obvious is the large multiple-vortex F4 tornado seen as a big bowl lowering to the right of the closest power pole. This tornado struck the northern and eastern sides of Fritch TX.
