| 4/23/2007, 8:28 pm CDT: Two tornadoes near Protection KS. The distant, narrow tornado is west of Protection, while the developing larger tornado was very close to town. Fortunately, it did not develop as strongly as it appeared it would. Photo is facing west from the south side of Protection KS. | |
